This type of report
often follows from a Mortgage Valuation Report which may have highlighted
certain defects of the property.
Therefore in order for the loan to proceed a further report called
the DEFECTS DIAGNOSIS REPORT explains the implications of the defects
so that the sale may proceed.
This is a brief report instigated at minimal cost. In addition this
type of report may also be commissioned independently of any loan/sale
situation.
