A Stock Condition
Survey will be commissioned to access the state of repair or condition
of an organisations current building stock in connection with the
preparation of a maintenance programme.
The results of a stock condition survey will often be stored for
future action on spreadsheets which would indicate those items of
work which would be considered a priority together with initial
estimated costs of the works.
Actual costs for any particular item of work would then be established
on the return of a successful tender chosen from nominated contractors.
